Getting Started

How do I create my first project?
Go to Dashboard → Projects → New Project. Enter a name and your niche. Then connect your social media channels under Settings → Platforms.
How do I connect my social media accounts?
Navigate to Project Settings → Platforms and click "Connect" next to the desired platform. You'll be redirected to an OAuth flow — no password is stored.
How do I add my Anthropic API key?
Go to Settings → API Keys → Add Anthropic API Key. The key is stored with AES-256 encryption. Get a key at console.anthropic.com.

Creating Content

How do I generate an AI post?
Click "Create Content" in the dashboard. Select your project, platform and enter a topic (or paste a URL). The AI automatically generates an optimized post.
How does URL-to-Post work?
Paste a URL in the Content Assistant (e.g. a blog article or news). The system automatically reads the content and creates a social media post from it.
Can I customize the brand voice?
Yes. In the project settings you can specify tone, target audience and sample texts. The AI automatically takes these into account with every generation.

Publishing & Scheduling

When are scheduled posts published?
Scheduled posts are automatically published at the set time — in your local time zone. The system runs 24/7 even outside your working hours.
What happens if a post can't be published?
You'll receive an email notification. The post remains in "Failed" status and can be manually republished or rescheduled.

Team & Collaboration

How do I invite team members?
Go to Dashboard → Team → Invite Member. Enter the email address. The person will receive an invitation and can access the project after confirmation.

Billing & Plan

How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Dashboard → Billing and select the desired plan. Billing is monthly or annual (20% discount). No minimum term.
What is a Content Unit (CU)?
Content Units are the quota for AI generations. Each AI request consumes 1 CU. The monthly quota depends on your plan and resets at the start of each month.

Security & Privacy

Where is my data stored?
All data is stored exclusively on servers in the EU. API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. We do not share data with third parties.
How do I delete my account?
Send us an email at support@ultimate-marketing.io with the subject "Delete Account". We will delete all your data within 30 days in accordance with GDPR.
